Our team has deep experience in working in many economic sectors, in talent attraction and retention and in solving complex challenges locally, nationally and internationally.

Working collaboratively with Indigenous leaders and organizations is a specialty, supporting the highly successful Atlantic Indigenous fishery, housing and population growth. We are privileged to be participating in community-led reconciliation projects, including with urban Indigenous communities.

We have valued the opportunity to have worked on some of Nova Scotia’s most innovative current projects in emerging sectors, including green hydrogen and alternative fuels development and the transportation space. Others are equally transformative in both goods movement and renewable energy, including with Indigenous communities and organizations. No matter the project, we bring our knowledge and experience of these and comparable emerging innovations.
