Project description

In 2026, 21FSP was contracted by the Lunenburg Academy Foundation to develop a five-year Strategic Plan and Fund Development Strategy to guide the Foundation’s vision, mission, and priorities from 2026 - 2031.

The project included background research and a collaborative visioning process with Council and senior leadership. Through targeted consultations, 21FSP facilitated dialogue to identify stakeholder priorities, emerging challenges, and strategic opportunities.

21FSP also developed a Fund Development Strategy and Situational Analysis accompanying the Strategic Plan to guide long-term Foundation goals and priorities.

The resulting Strategic Plan provides a clear roadmap for the Foundation as they enter a new period of growth.
