Project description

In 2024, 21FSP was contracted by the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth to develop a five-year Strategic Plan to guide MODY’s vision, mission, and priorities from 2025 through 2029.

The project included background research and a collaborative visioning process with Council and senior leadership. Through targeted consultations, 21FSP facilitated dialogue to identify community priorities, emerging challenges, and strategic opportunities. Key themes such as sustainable growth, community well-being, environmental stewardship, and economic resilience were central to the plan’s development.

The resulting Strategic Plan provides a clear roadmap for MODY, setting actionable objectives designed to enhance municipal governance, support sustainable development, and foster thriving, resilient communities.
