21FSP was engaged by the Western Regional Enterprise Network to undertake an economic development strategy to guide their planning efforts over a five year period (2025-2029).

Our methodology for this included extensive mixed-methods background research, collaborative planning based on engagement with key stakeholders, and strategic pillar development.

In an interview in Saltwire profiling this work; CEO Angélique LeBlanc stated, “This strategy is not just a roadmap for growth; it is a commitment to our funding partners, our business community and our region. Together, we will build a sustainable and prosperous future, driven by innovation and guided by our core values.”
